Domaine Cheveau 'Villa Violettes' Saint Amour, 2023

This wine is 100% Gamay from a parcel of old vine vineyards (~60 years old) in the Saint Amour Cru of Beaujolais.  Like its younger sibling 'En Chatenay' this bottling of Beaujolais is concentrated and delicious, with a small touch of tannin and good acidity. Grab yourself a ballpark hot dog with everything on top and give this bottle a slight chill.
